When participants log into the mobile app, they are brought to the "Activities" area if they are part of an active project.
1: Overview
The activities area is divided into three primary areas: Activities due, Recurring activities, and Completed activities.
1. Activities due: A list of activities that have never been submitted.
2. Recurring activities: A recurring activity that has been submitted at least once. Once a recurring activity has been submitted for the first time, it will move from the “Activities due” list and relocate to the “Recurring activities”. The item will remain on the Recurring activities list for the duration of the project.
3. Completed activities: A list of activities the participant has submitted.
2: Icons, labels, and more
1. Plus Sign: Allows the participant to open the activity. Once tapped, the item will open to allow the participant to answer the questions included in the activity.
2. Lock Icon: Indicates that there is a prerequisite activity before the activity can be accessed. These will be grouped together with a chain icon to indicate that the activities need to be completed in sequence.
3. Labels: There are three labels that activities may display to alert participants to important information:
-
a yellow “Draft” label indicating that the participant has started the activity, but has not yet submitted it
a red “Overdue” label indicating that the due date of the activity has passed
a gray “Desktop browser only” label indicating that the activity cannot be submitted on a mobile device
4. Recurring activities: Can be submitted an unlimited number of times. After the initial submission, there is a small section at the bottom of each recurring activity that will indicate to the participant how many entries they have made.
5. Pencil Icon: Edits can be made to each submitted activity by tapping the pencil icon on the right of the activity. See Editing a Response Using the Forsta Plus Digital Diaries Mobile App for more information.
6. View others' responses: When tapped, this section will redirect the participant to the Feed to view other responses. For submitted social/public activities, participants can see how many other participants have also submit the activity.
