Discussion is a social activity that seamlessly integrates into your Forsta Plus Digital Diaries projects. You can post a question with text, video or images. Discussion leverages the interactions participants expect of online social engagement.
Using Discussion, participants navigate the actions of commenting and liking, easing the adoption curve. Thus participants can focus on giving you their most thoughtful responses.
Note: Participants can respond using text and images. They cannot respond with video responses.
Discussion offers moderators the ability to guide the flow of a discussion, posting group probes and announcements that can be pinned to the top of a thread, ensuring that follow ups receive maximum attention. On the back end, Discussion offers multiple tools designed to increase efficiency in managing participant engagement, identifying themes and patterns, collaborating with your research team internally, and getting to meaning faster.
