Resetting Your Password

1:  First Steps

To reset a lost or forgotten password, navigate to the Forsta home page and select your product from the list. Then click Forgot Password on the login page.

You will be prompted to enter your email address for the password reset. Enter your address and click Submit.

Once sent, a message displays to confirm that a reset email has been sent to your email address.

2:  The Reset Email

The reset email is sent from Forsta at [e-mail] and it includes a brief message with a link to reset your password.

Once received, click Click here to reset your password to continue with the reset:

You will then be redirected to the password setup page to create a new password for your account. Once you click Submit, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can use your new password to login.

Note:  Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters long and contain a capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.
