1: Adding a Collage Activity
To create a Collage activity, select Activity Builder>Activities & Scheduling from the navigation menu.
Open the New Activity drop-down and select Collage to create a Collage activity.
2: Configuring the Collage Activity
Once inside the activity builder, provide the following information to create your activity:
1. Title: Give your activity a short but engaging title. This title will be visible to participants.
2. Instructions: The welcome message and general instructions participants see when they log into this activity. Click Edit to edit the instructions.
3. Sharing: Select if collage responses are private, visible to other participants only after they respond (uninfluenced), or always visible (influenced).
4. Overdue Notice: Select the time after which the activity will appear as overdue to the participant.
5. Upload Images: Upload images that participants can use to create their collage. Images must be less than 5MB each. You can upload multiple images at the same time. Accepted file types are PNG, JPG, and GIF.
6. Upload Background: Upload a background image for the collage. This allows you to use a specific template instead of the default freeform canvas. Background image must be less than 5MB. Accepted file types are PNG, JPG, and GIF.
7. Request That Users Upload Images?: When enabled, participants can upload their own images to use in their collage. Participants can upload a maximum of 30 images; each image must be less than 5MB.
8. Allow Users to Search Stock Images?: When enabled, participants can search for and select images from a free stock images repository.
9. Minimum Number of Images: The minimum number of images required to save and/or submit the activity.
10. Maximum Number of Images: The maximum number of images permitted to save and/or submit the activity.
11. Images Preview: Displays images you have uploaded to the activity. If you upload a Background Image, it will be named "Background Image".
9. Save: Saves and closes the activity so you can schedule it.
