As part of the analysis process, it is helpful to tag responses with themes to sort by later.
1: Adding Tags
Tip: Before you begin adding tags, create a list of the themes that you know are of interest and share them with anyone who may be tagging responses. This ensures that tags are consistent.
Create a tag by writing it in the open field at the top of a response.
Tip: Be sure that all tags added by your team have the same spelling. Otherwise, the system will think they are different words or phrases.
2: Viewing Tags
Once created, tags you have added are applied and appear above the response in all views. To view all the responses containing a particular tag, select that tag from the filter drop-down menus available on the Explore page.
