Upon logging into your Forsta Plus Digital Diaries account, you will see the Overview page of your current project. The project navigation menu is on the left side of the screen.
1. Projects List: If you are part of multiple projects, you can access your other projects by opening the drop-down menu by your project's name.
The navigation menu consists of links to the Overview, Explore, and Activity Builder pages:
2. Overview: The Overview page is the home page of your project.
3. Explore: Browse and filter submitted responses. See Analyzing the Data to learn more about each response type.
- Responses: Text responses submitted by participants. Use the filters to change the set of responses you see on the page.
- Images: Images submitted by participants. Use the filters to change the set of images you see on the page.
- Videos: Videos submitted by participants. Use the filters to change the set of videos you see on the page.
- Audio Files: Audio files submitted by participants. Use the filters to change the set of audio files you see on the page.
- Word Tree: A visual display of all responses with text submissions.
- Grids: Responses containing activity grids.
- Discussion: Discussions that have been scheduled for your projects. Use the arrow and list buttons to change how discussions appear on the page. You can also use the SORT BY button to sort your discussions by title, completion status, date, and segment.
4. Activities & Scheduling: Preview activities and view the project schedule.
5. Overview: The What's New section of the Overview page displays responses collected from participants that you have not yet viewed.
6. Managing Your Account: Click your profile icon (avatar) to open the drop-down menu.
- Profile and Settings: Change your profile photo, email notification preferences, and timezone.
- Your Projects: Navigate to the project dashboard for an overview of all your Forsta Plus Digital Diaries projects.
- Sign out: Sign out of the Forsta Plus Digital Diaries application.
