The Project Overview page allows you to see what is happening in your project at a glance. You can view new responses, see messages, and check completion rates.
When you first log into your project, you will land on the project overview page. You can also access this page by clicking Overview in the navigation menu located on the left side of the page.
1. What’s New: Shows responses collected from participants that have not yet been viewed. Select a tile to jump to the Explore page.
2. Messages: Shows the most recent messages you have received from participants. Clicking View All or Compose will take you to the Messages page, which can also be found by clicking Messages in the navigation menu.
3. Completion Grid: See an overview of the completion levels by both activity and participant. Use the Completion by drop-down menu to sort the grid to display by “Activity” to see how many participants have submitted each activity or by “Participant” to see how many activities each participant has submitted.
4. Show Me: Shows three filter view options: Complete, Incomplete, and Everything.
5. Publish: This button generates a CSV report of the submission status, giving a detailed explanation of completion by participant for each specific activity in your project. A legend for the report is at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Download the report by selecting Findings>Reports in the navigation menu.
