1: The Activity Modal
Clicking an activity in the To-Dos list brings participants to the activity modal where they can view and submit an activity.
Drafts auto-save when participants start an action and then stop for three seconds. Once they are done making changes, participants select the Submit button to submit the activity. They can also choose to close the activity at any time by clicking the "X".
After closing or submitting an activity, participants are taken back to the To-Dos list.
1.1: Completion Notices
Upon returning to the To-Dos area after submitting a private activity, participants see a notification that reads "Thanks! Your work has been submitted." If they make an entry to a social activity (influenced or uninfluenced), this notification states, "You just completed a social activity! Visit the feed to see what other participants are saying."
1.2: Required Questions
Participants will be unable to submit a response if they do not answer all required questions. If participant clicks Submit and a required question was not answered, the participant will be prompted to answer it. The participant will need to go back and fully complete the activity before submitting their response.
When participants go back to complete the activity, any unanswered required questions will be highlighted.
2: The Feed
The feed is where participants can see and edit their submitted responses. If your project has social activities, this is where they can view, comment, and like other people’s responses.
- Me: Allows participants to view their own feed.
- Everyone: Allows participants to view the feed for social activities.
To filter by activity, select an activity name on the left side of the screen to filter the feed by that activity. To filter by person, select the person's avatar to view their feed.
3: Full Responses
Clicking a tile reveals the participant's full response. From here, participants can like others' posts or add comments to their responses.
If participants click one of their own entries, they are able to edit their response.
