To add multiple participants to your project, upload a CSV (.csv) file containing all of the profile details for the participants you want to add.
1. Navigate to the Participants page using the navigation menu. Then click the Participant drop-down menu at the top right of the page. Select Upload multiple.
2. On the Upload Participants page, you will see a preview of what the CSV file should look like. Open the drop-down menu at the top right and select Download .csv template. This will download a CSV template that is pre-populated with the necessary participant profile fields.

3. If desired, click Show tips to view additional information about uploading participants using a CSV file. Once you are ready to upload your CSV file, click Next.
4. Upload your CSV file by dragging and dropping it into the space provided or by clicking the drag and drop text to locate it on your device. Once you have uploaded your file, click Next.
5. If the upload was successful, the CSV file will display within the Upload Participants page. Review the upload to make sure that everything loaded correctly. If your file contains errors, you can review the details of each error.
6. Rows with errors will be highlighted in red. To change the data for a highlighted row, click into the cell containing the error and edit it. If available, you can also select the Submit xx valid participants button to add only the participants without errors and skip the ones with errors.
7. Once you have resolved any errors (or if you didn't have any to begin with), click Submit to process your CSV file.
8. You will automatically be redirected to the Participants page. A successful upload message will display briefly at the top of the screen. The contents of your CSV file are now included in the participants list.
