To create a multi-language project, you will need to create a segment for each language you want to field. This will allow the participant interface to display in the selected language. Once you have created all desired language segments, you can translate individual activities, customize project emails, and translate the project name into the desired language(s).
See Forsta Plus Digital Diaries System Requirements for a list of supported languages.
1: Creating Multi-Language Segments
Visit the Project Settings page and locate the Segments section. Click Click here to add a new segment… and fill in the fields accordingly. Select the language for this segment's participant interface. Repeat until all desired language segments have been created.
2: Creating Multi-Language Activities
Go to the Activities & Scheduling page. You will now see multiple segments in the scheduler.
To create an activity that supports multiple languages, in the upper right corner, select Activity from the New Activity drop-down menu.
Write the instructions and create the activity in English. This is your template. Save the activity.

2.3: Adding Multiple Languages to a Concept Canvas Activity
Note: To use this feature, contact Forsta Plus Digital Diaries at sales@forsta.com. Annual Forsta Plus Digital Diaries subscribers access this feature as part of their annual license.
Unlike standard and Discussion activities, a single Concept Canvas activity cannot be translated into multiple languages. A new Concept Canvas activity must be created for each language in your project.
